Sam and Beccy of Wilding Cider grow organic vegetables and make cider near Chew Magna in Somerset. All fruit comes from unsprayed and unfertilised traditional orchards. Naturally, only wild yeasts are used, with no filtering and no additives whatsoever.

A first single orchard blend from this 30 year old, 5 acre standard orchard.  There are a good selection of quality cider apples planted here, allowing a selection of Dabinett, Reinette D'Obry, Chisel Jersey, Brown's Apple, Harry Master's Jersey and Ellis Bitter for this orchard blend to showcase some of the best fruit in 2022.

This is a concentrated and delicious cider. On the nose travel sweets, lime marmalade, stewed fruit, leather, orchard floor. In the mouth this is a mouthwatering combination of zippy acid, firm tannic structure and sweetness which keeps you going back for more.

A light, pearly sparkle complements the mouth feel wonderfully. It's very drinkable but it has the structure and grip to work with food and give it complexity. There is a sediment which can be left in the bottle if poured carefully.
