A true classic of the natural French style of ciders.

Eric Bordelet is a renowned French cider maker known for revolutionizing the craft of cider production. Formerly a sommelier at some of Paris' top restaurants, Bordelet shifted his focus to the world of cider in the 1990s, bringing with him a deep understanding of wine and a commitment to excellence. He took over his family's orchard in Normandy, where he applied biodynamic farming principles to cultivate a wide variety of apple and pear trees, some over 300 years old. His ciders, often referred to as "cider for wine lovers," are celebrated for their complexity, balance, and terroir-driven character, elevating the beverage to a level comparable to fine wine. Bordelet's work has had a profound impact on the perception of cider, earning him international acclaim and a loyal following among connoisseurs.
