More a brillat-savarin insprired cheese than brie, being made with triple-cream, this is a beautiful cheese to spread over warm toast. Named after a neighbouring village to the dairy in West Dorset, Benville is made from organic milk and cream from 100% certified pasture-fed cows - a real rarity in the UK.  Lightly pasteurised and vegetarian suitable too!  Expect fresh flavours when young, breaking down to more mushroom-y, hay and wildflowers as it get goo-ier after a few weeks.
